The fill is made of small clusters of gel-infused memory foam that move and settle around your head, giving the contouring of memory foam with the moldable feel of down. How do I adjust the loft of the Adjustable Pillow?
Unzip the outer cover, then the inner liner, and remove a few handfuls of foam clusters at a time until the pillow is the height you want. Store the removed fill in the bag it came in so you can add it back later. Every Adjustable Pillow ships with extra fill, so you can also make it taller than it arrives.
Is a shredded memory foam pillow good for side sleepers?
Yes. Side sleepers need a tall, supportive pillow, and the Adjustable Pillow used fully stuffed, with some of the extra fill added, gives plenty of loft. The clusters shift to cradle the head and fill the gap above the shoulder. Pair it with the Body Pillow to keep the hips and knees aligned too.
Does a shredded memory foam pillow go flat?
Shredded foam holds up better than down or polyester because each cluster springs back on its own. The clusters can settle overnight, so fluff the pillow each morning. Does the memory foam pillow sleep hot?
Shredded memory foam sleeps cooler than a solid memory foam pillow because air moves freely between the clusters. LOUNJ fill is also gel-infused open-cell foam, which pulls heat away from the head. How do I wash a shredded memory foam pillow?
Machine wash the outer cover on cold and tumble dry low or air dry. The foam clusters inside should not go in the washer or dryer; spot clean with mild soap and water and let them air dry completely before putting the cover back on. A pillow protector under your pillowcase keeps the foam clean much longer.
