2. Products
We make mattress toppers, RV toppers and mattresses, pillows, and shredded foam fill in our Phoenix factory. We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Product dimensions are nominal and may vary slightly; foam is a flexible material and finished sizes are typically within a small tolerance of the stated size. Compressed products require 24 to 48 hours to fully expand after unboxing.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, and correct pricing errors at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you before proceeding. Sales tax is charged where required. Payment is collected at the time of order through our third-party payment providers. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. Please check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free via FedEx Ground to the contiguous 48 states. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, shipping times, and other details are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
6. Returns and refunds
Standard products are covered by our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee, described in our Return Policy, which is part of these terms. Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Products returned in an unsanitary or damaged condition may be refused.
7. Warranty
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty on toppers, pillows, and foam fill, subject to the terms, coverage, and exclusions in our Warranty page, which is part of these terms. Except as expressly stated there, our products are provided without any other warranty, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Custom orders
Custom-cut products are made to the dimensions and specifications you provide and approve in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. Because they are made to order, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged for size or fit. They remain covered against manufacturing defects under our warranty. Custom orders are charged only after you approve the written quote, and lead times stated in the quote are estimates.
9. Use of the site
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to copy or scrape its content. All content on the site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by LOUNJ Bedding or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You may submit reviews and messages; by doing so you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them in connection with our business, and you agree that they are accurate and do not violate any third party’s rights.

11. Limitation of liability
