Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so our hours line up with Pacific time in the summer and Mountain time in the winter. Emails sent outside business hours are answered the next business day.

For order questions
Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged, a couple of photos of the box and the product let us resolve it in one reply.
For custom quotes
Give us the finished width, length, and thickness you want in inches (we cut in half inch increments up to 80 by 84 inches), which foam you prefer (gel memory foam, Talalay latex, or firm poly foam), whether you want a cover, and what bed it is going on: RV, sofa bed, antique frame, camper van, boat, adjustable base, and so on. You can also use the quote form on our custom mattress topper page. We reply with a written price and lead time within 1 to 2 business days.
For returns and warranty claims
Let us know your order number and what is not working. We will send a prepaid label or arrange a pickup. Our return policy and warranty pages explain what to expect.
For business and bulk orders
Tell us what you are outfitting, the sizes you need, and the quantity. We work with RV dealers, rental operators, and other businesses that need consistent, quality foam at a fair price.
