We stand behind what we make

At LOUNJ Bedding, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. We pour our own foam and check every piece before it ships. Even so, the highest quality products can occasionally fail or show early signs of wear, and if that happens, we will back them up.

The warranty begins on the date you receive the product and applies to the original purchaser only. It cannot be transferred. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, LOUNJ will repair or replace the defective product within a reasonable amount of time.

What is covered

• Defects or deterioration in the cell structure of the memory foam, latex, or poly foam
• Defects resulting in splitting or cracking of the material, with normal usage and proper handling
• Body indentations of 1 inch or greater that are not caused by an inappropriate foundation
• Sagging in mattresses, provided the mattress has been continuously supported by a foundation with solid support (see below)
• Manufacturing defects in seams, zippers, or covers on covered products

What is not covered

• Normal increase in softness as the material breaks in
• Normal decrease in the recovery or bounce of latex as it breaks in
• Fabrics and covers: stains, normal wear and tear, and similar
• Bed height or sheet fit
• Body indentations of less than 1 inch
• Foam damage due to an inappropriate foundation
• Foam left compressed in its shipping packaging for an extended period (60 days or longer) before being unpacked
• Comfort preference. If the feel is not right for you, that is what our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee is for.

The warranty does not apply to any product that has been physically stained, abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut, or torn. LOUNJ reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. Cutting or altering a standard product voids its warranty; if you need a different size, order it through our custom program and the full warranty stays intact.

Mattress foundations

LOUNJ mattresses are designed to be used on foundations with solid support and little or no give. Acceptable foundations include:

• Solid wood or metal platforms, including standard RV bed platforms
• Slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4 inches apart
• Wood or metal box foundations
• Wire grid frames with solid support

Using an improper foundation, such as an old box spring (5 years or older) without solid support, or a slatted foundation with slats more than 4 inches apart, will void your mattress warranty and all other warranties expressed or implied. In the event of a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide proof of the quality and suitability of the foundation. If you are not sure whether your setup qualifies, get in touch before you buy; we are happy to help.

Transfer of ownership

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. If the original purchaser sells or gives away the product, the subsequent owner takes the product as is and with all faults.

How to make a claim

• Email support@lounjbedding.com or call (800) 556-1333, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Arizona time.
• Include your order number or other proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Attach a few photos of the issue. For indentations, a photo of a straight edge laid across the mattress or topper with a ruler showing the depth is ideal.
• We will review the claim and let you know the next step, usually within a couple of business days.
