Materials & care

Gel-infused open-cell memory foam with a zip-off cover. Machine wash the cover cold on gentle, tumble low or hang dry. Spot clean the foam with a damp cloth and mild soap; never soak or machine wash foam. Rotate head to foot every few months.

Questions people ask

Is the adjustable pillow firm?

That is up to you. More fill makes it firmer and taller; less makes it softer and lower. Shredded foam does not push back as one solid block the way a molded pillow does.

How much fill should I use?

It ships full, which suits most side sleepers and anyone with broader shoulders. Back sleepers usually want a bit less; stomach sleepers considerably less. Remove a handful at a time and give each height two nights before adjusting again.

Will it go flat?

Shredded foam settles over time like all foam, but this pillow is built for it. When it starts sitting lower than you like, top it back up with the extra fill instead of replacing the pillow.

Does it sleep hot?

The fill is gel-infused and shredded, so air moves through the gaps between clusters. Fluffing it before bed opens those gaps back up.

Does it have an odor?

New foam can have a faint scent when you first open the packaging. Unzip the cover and let it air out for a day or two.
