How do I know if I need a 2, 3, or 4 inch topper?
2 inch is a subtle upgrade for a mattress that is basically fine but a little firm. 3 inch is the most versatile choice and the one most people pick: real pressure relief while still feeling supported. 4 inch is for deep contouring, softer feel, or rescuing a mattress that is on its way out. Consider your sleep position, your current mattress firmness, and your weight; heavier sleepers do better with 3 or 4 inches.
Does it ship compressed? How long does it take to expand?
Yes. Every topper is compressed and boxed for easy shipping. Once you unroll it, allow 24 to 48 hours for full expansion, especially in colder weather. You can sleep on it the first night, it will just keep filling out.
Can I put a mattress topper on an old mattress?
Yes. That is one of the best uses for one. A topper refreshes the comfort layer of an older mattress and can extend its life for years without the cost of a new bed. If the mattress is sagging badly, pair the topper with a firm base or consider our Firm Mattress Topper.
How long will a LOUNJ topper last?
Our memory foam toppers typically last 5 to 10 years, and we guarantee them for 5. Cheap imported toppers usually last 1 to 3 years before they flatten or crumble.
Is the foam safe and hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our gel-infused memory foam is CertiPUR-US certified: no BPAs, ozone depleters, or heavy metals. It is fiberglass free, made without fire-retardant sprays, hypoallergenic, and low odor thanks to a good Arizona sun-bake before it ships.
Is your foam really made in the USA?
Yes. We source the chemicals, pour, cut, and package the foam ourselves in our Phoenix, AZ factory. Nothing is imported and relabeled.
What is your return policy?
Every topper comes with our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee. Sleep on it for 30 nights from delivery, and if you are not happier, contact us and send it back. Free returns, no fees. We ask that you give it at least 10 nights so your body can adjust.
